Woe to the man or woman that rejects the literal futuristic vision that God our Father gave to the Apostle John. He saw one great scene after another, each, so perfectly visible that he could paint a picture with words. As the future section of this Masterpiece opened before the Revelator, he saw the Father on His Throne. In the first verse of this Book, the Holy Spirit said, “The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto Him…” (Revelation 1:1) The Father gave this vision to His Son and the Son gave it to the Apostle John. I’m saying to all that read and warning you, “Woe to the person that would dare call the Father‘s Revelation to His Son anything less than literal and glorious.” The Father is the author of this, “Masterpiece and I tremble before this Infallible truth”.

Do we find Christ’s name precious to us? Do we feel our hearts burn within us at the thought of His dying love? We will have perfect communion with Him in heaven. “We will be with the Lord forever” (1 Thessalonians 4:17). “We will be with Him in paradise” (Luke 23:43 43). We will see His face in the kingdom. These eyes of ours will behold those hands and feet which were pierced with nails, and that head which was crowned with thorns. Where He is, there also will be the children of God. When He comes, they will come with Him. When He sits down in His glory, they will sit down by His side. This is indeed a blessed expectation! I am a dying man in a dying world. All before me is dark. The world to come is a unknown harbor. But Christ is there, and that is enough. Surely if there is rest and peace in following Him by faith on earth, there will be far more rest and peace when we see Him face to face. If we have found it good to follow the pillar of cloud and fire in the wilderness, we will find it a thousand times better to sit down in our eternal inheritance, with our Joshua, in the promised land.

An encounter with Jesus Christ where you are totally transformed into a new creature is the greatest moment you will ever experience. Heavens joy will flood your soul and at the same time the burden of sin will disappear. Martin Luther rightly said, “A Born Again Christian can do what they please to do.” When you have been totally “re-born” by the Word and the Spirit, you are a free soul. A “New Born” Christian is not bound to the Law they actually live above the Law. The law was a “school master” to bring us to Christ. It shows us how wretched we are and how desperately we need a Redeemer.
We must remember that regardless of how religious or upright we live, unless we are “Born Again” we are still eternally lost. The multitude of decent people that will spend eternity in the Lake of Fire is the saddest thought I ever have. I watch people, share their burdens, even preach funerals and see their lost condition and weep. Jesus left no room to doubt,
“Except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God.” (John 3:3b)

You need not be cast down by sickness. The eternal part of you is safe and provided for, whatever happens to your body. You may well look calmly on death. It opens a door between you and your inheritance. You may well not sorrow exclusively over the things of the world – over partings and bereavements – over losses and crosses. The day of gathering is before you. Your treasure is beyond reach of harm. Heaven is becoming every year more full of those you love, and earth more empty. Glory in your inheritance. It is all yours if you are a children of God. “If we are children, then we are heirs.”

1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “ Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. 4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” – Revelation 21:1-4
This new and blessed state will be free from all trouble and sorrow; for, 1. All the effects of former trouble shall be done away. They have been often before in tears, by reason of sin, of affliction, of the calamities of the church; but now all tears shall be wiped away; no signs, no remembrance of former sorrows shall remain, any further than to make their present felicity the greater.

Let it be distinctly understood that the person who does not have the Spirit, does not have Christ. They who do not have Christ have no pardon of their sins—no peace with God—no title to heaven—no well-grounded hope of being saved. Their religion is like the house built on the sand. It may look well in fine weather. It may satisfy them in the time of health and prosperity. But when the flood rises, and the wind blows—when sickness and trouble come up against them, it will fall and bury them under its ruins. They live without a good hope, and without a good hope they die. They will rise again only to be miserable. They will stand in the judgment only to be condemned; they will see saints and angels looking on, and remember they might have been among them—but too late; they will see lost myriads around them, and find they cannot comfort them—but too late. This will be the end of the person who thinks that they can reach heaven without the Spirit.

The Rapture Ready Saints should be the happiest people on earth. Actually they are the final company of the Bride of Christ and will reign with Him forever. Once we are Raptured we will be a part of Him and everything He does for eternity. He said to His disciples,
“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also” (John 14:1-3)
To consider eternity as His chosen company of the highest rewarded saints is breathtaking. The first thing we see of these honorable souls is sitting with Him on thrones before the Father’s Throne. We will be dressed in spotless white, crowns on our heads and preparing for the honor of serving in His Judgment of this earth.
