Camping Out On Harold

Jim Fletcher 90x115by Jim Fletcher

The lefties in the American Church never take a day off from denigrating Bible-believing Christians.

I’ve been writing more and more about this, because while we obsess about Iran’s intentions with regard to Israel, the hippies are back, and their dissing of the Bible prophecy crowd has a direct impact on support for Israel—which, I am sad to say, I believe is slipping. I sincerely believe the emerging threat to Israel—from within American evangelicalism—is more dangerous to Israel than the psychos in Tehran.

You see, when groups like Catalyst bring folks such as Jim Wallis, Brian McLaren, and Phileena Heuertz (yoga is beautiful) to mainstream evangelicalism, it’s only a matter of time before the knives come out for the Jewish state.

John The Revelator Saw The Saints At The Marriage Supper

Joseph Chambers 90x115by Joseph Chambers

Every prophetic truth in Revelations was a drama that John saw. Nothing proves the literalness of this book more perfectly. John did not just hears words, but heard and saw the drama of what he heard. You have to be unaware of the Bible to doubt this great Book of Revelation. John saw the Rapture in Chapter four. He saw the Tribulation and Judgments begin in Chapters six and now sees the Marriage Supper in Chapters nineteen.

Nothing makes the promises of God more beautiful than Satan’s drive to defile and debauch them. Everything in God’s world, and especially His plans for the Biblical future, has been attacked by the devil. That’s what the devil is, an imitator and substitute showman that belittles the breathtaking future of the Kingdom of God. Satan’s drive to portray himself as God has never produced one thing but proof that he is a “god,” the idiot god, clearly headed for defeat. All that is ugly and dark is soon to be judged and burned with fire. The glorious church, redeemed and glorified, shall not miss the coming hour of His glory.

Join The Revelator Saw The Rapture Like A Drama

Joseph Chambers 90x115by Joseph Chambers

Any view of Revelation chapter four that does not allow for the triumphant Rapture of the saints is woefully inadequate and an embarrassment to the truth. It is the grandest picture of the true church and the overcoming saints who were brought up from the Lion’s mouth unto the King’s throne. The blood-washed saints that were hated by the world had faced their persecutors for the last time. Giving up the world, they had gained the grandest seats around the throne of the Father.

This chapter is the beginning of the glory that has been promised to the saints since the opening of the Holy Bible. From seats around the throne to the city of the throne, the saints will never suffer shame again. They are His saints; they will take up positions as His elders until they march forth as His army, reign as Kings, and possess the city of the Bride.

2012 – The Legacy of Quetzalcoatl

Ron Graham 90x115by Ron Graham

“That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing.” 1 Thessalonians 4:12.

What this verse has so eloquently stated is we who walk in the precepts of the Lord should be an example to those on the outside of salvation. We should certainly not be distracted by known deceptions. We should always be prepared to denounce such lies. Satanic lies are established to create an atmosphere of fear while setting up a sense of confusion, all for the purpose of fulfilling Satan’s agenda. We’ve heard the hype leading up to 2012, and that year has now arrived. That hype is a lie built around a calendar…a calendar created by the worshipers of the demon, Quetzalcoatl.

On Being Rapture Ready Part II

Terry James 90x115by Terry James

There is no specific signal that presages the Rapture of believers in the Scriptures. That calling by Christ to those who know Him as Savior will be unannounced and instantaneous. Paul the apostle’s words inform us of that stunning event:

“Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed” (1 Corinthians 15:51-52).

Paul says further:

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord” (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).

On Being Rapture Ready Part 1

Terry James 90x115by Terry James

Being prepared to meet Jesus Christ face to face–as far as trying to make that my constant state of mind is concerned–has been part of my every waking moment since Good Friday of this year. Not wishing to go over it in a public forum like this one ad nauseum, nonetheless, I’ve been considering the relationship between my near-death moments of April 22 and being Rapture ready, as is the thought wrapped up in our website’s name. So, here goes yet again…

This is intended to be an exhortation for all of us who name Christ as our Lord–urging us individually and collectively to hold Him close to our spiritual hearts during this Christmas season. It is not meant to dwell upon my personal experience as an overriding point of focus. Many who read this column on a regular basis know some of the details of my heart event on Good Friday of this year. I’m often corrected by my wife, Margaret, for not calling it a heart attack. For some reason that description just doesn’t register within my aging gray matter. Others have heart attacks, not me.

When Disoriented Pigeons Can’t Come Home To Roost . . .

Jack Kinsella 90x115_editedby Jack Kinsella

A couple of weeks ago  a powerful coronal mass ejection [CME] was sent hurtling from the sun straight towards the earth.  But like most of the sunspots and other solar disturbances, this one was all hat and no cattle.

The sun exploded.  The CME was ejected.  The earth was in its path.  Two days later, the earth passed through the sun’s magnetic field.

Nothing happened.  Planes were still able to navigate safely — none fell out of the sky.  The national power grid not only survived, the solar EMP didn’t even cause it to burp.

Although the CME hit while North America was facing it, meaning we absorbed the full impact, my electronics are all still working just fine.  It didn’t even affect my cable TV picture.

Yom Kippur: Where Do We Receive Atonement Today?

Joel Rosenberg 90x115by Joel Rosenberg

At sundown, we begin Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. In the Scriptures, the Israelites were commanded by the Lord to fast and pray and bring their sacrifices to the Temple in Jerusalem, and then to ask for the Lord’s forgiveness for all the sins they and their nation had committed that year. Only the sacrifice of a perfect animal, done with a humble, repentant heart, and with faith in God’s mercy and grace, would bring about forgiveness of sins.
